Please attatch a brief description of
the film and/or an artist's statement.
 
Any additional suporting materials are
optional, but may include: press
clippings, stills, artist bio, cast &
credits, etc.
 
Applicant must pay shipping, customs,
and insurance costs for selected
works.
 
The Brooklyn Underground does not
return Preview tapes.
 
I certify that I am the rightful owner of
the work described above, and own all
rights and releases necessary for
public screening. By submitting this
entry, I agree that Brooklyn
Underground may publicly screen my
work as well as use stills and
descriptive material in the official
program and any other publicity
efforts. Entrant agrees to hold
Brooklyn Underground harmless for
any costs or expenses arising out of
any such use by Brooklyn
Underground. In the event that I am
selected as a finalist, I will provide a
finished copy in the format previously
indicated no later than two weeks prior
to the festival. I agree to hold Brooklyn
Underground harmless in the event of
loss or damage to my entry tape or
material provided for festival screening
